IPodSync has been tested and approved on the following platforms: 
● iPod Generations 1 - 5,
iPod photo, iPod Classic, Mini and Nano
iPod Touch and iPhone not supported yet ....
● Windows Vista, XP,  2000 or ME  
● Outlook 2007, 2003, XP/2002, 2000
Outlook Express is NOT supported
● XPlay if you have a Mac formatted iPod

Tips
Because the iPod presents song information strictly using MP3 tags, it is important to make sure your tags are correct and compatible.  I found a great program called eMusic Tag Editor that is very good at editing MP3 tags, both for individual files and in batch.

Before submitting a bug report, please ensure that your configuration meets the system requirements and you have reviewed the frequently asked questions.  iPodSync does NOT work with Outlook Express.  Make sure to provide as much information as possible to help reproduce and resolve the problem.

Also, you can turn on diagnostic logging in the Advanced options.  This will produce a log file on your desktop that may help diagnose your problem.  eMailing a copy of this log file to support can help to get your issue resolved more quickly.
